Ulrikke Elisabeth Vogt Award: £1,000 prize monies plus a commission invitation to design an exclusive jewellery range for Argos working with an Argos manufacturer. Subject to design, the range has the potential to be launched in over 650 stores for Dec 07/Jan 08 plus featured in the catalogue carrying the designer’s name, which is in over 17 million households in the UK

Judges Comment: The collection met the brief displaying a strong sense of femininty. Ulrikke demonstrated a passion for her designs and their origins

Winner's Comment: Before coming to New Designers I was not aware of the value of the awards and definitely did not expect to win! However, now I am leaving New Designers with a fantastic opportunity
