Each year, the New Designers Awards form a very important part of the event. Many organisations demonstrate their support for emerging UK talent by presenting a new designer with an industry award, which has a direct and personal impact on the career of the graduate designer. All the awards carry varied and valuable presentations of either money, work placements, materials, grants and business advice.

In addition, Associate Prizes are another way in which organisations can select and present a graduate with a prize, presented directly to the graduates on the first opening day and help to create further recognition for young talented individuals.
